By attending, participating in, or registering for any Star Wrld event, participants grant Star Wrld the irrevocable right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture their name, likeness, image, voice, and performance.
Such materials may be used for promotional, educational, marketing, fundraising, advertising, social media, website, and commercial purposes without additional compensation or notice. Parents or legal guardians provide this consent on behalf of participating minors.
Legal
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of Star Wrld services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site without notice for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and its content.
